Mr. Butz built his business planning and operations expertise over 18 years at Bell Labs, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies.
As a Founder and Principal at seven year old Resonnect, Jim helps early and mid-stage companies develop business and
market plans, architect growth strategies and execution plans, negotiate strategic alliances and distribution
agreements, and develop functional organizations and operations. He is currently focusing on helping companies
understand how social networking/media tools and applications are moving into small and medium businesses.

Jay Goth is a business and marketing veteran, with experience in a variety of industries including hospitality,
energy, real estate, insurance and technology. As the founder and principal of Redtail Capital, he is currently
a business consultant, working with renewable energy, clean technology, and manufacturing and technology companies.

Donald H. Kasle

Don Kasle, a retired bank CEO, is Managing Partner of Alldas Partners, a financial services consulting company. He
has over 40 years experience in executive management and service on boards of directors, as well as commercial
banking and capital formation.
Mr. Kasle is also an active investor in and a coach for start-up companies through his membership in the Tech Coast
Angels where he also serves on the Board of Governors as well as a member of the executive committee for the Orange
County Network.

Dr. Talnack has worked in both public programs and private industry. Her major interest is in the transfer of
technologies from publicly funded research to small businesses in order to commercialize technology to create
new business opportunities. Dr. Talnack's career in Technology Transfer and Business Development has spanned over
25 years as a Technology Transfer and Commercialization Specialist.

Bill started Supreme Foodservice Sales, his Foodservice Sales and Marketing Company in Las Vegas,
Nevada in 1977. In 1984, Bill expanded the company to Southern California and soon became one of
the leaders in the industry. The company was responsible for all Foodservice Sales and Marketing
activities for some of the largest Food Manufacturers in the country, representing companies such
Nestles, Sara Lee, Del Monte, Quaker Oats and The l.R.Simplot Company.
